- Mercedes-Benz Türk'ün araçta onaylamadığı değişiklikler veya onaylamadığı parçaların montajı sözkonusu ise.
- Motorsporları ile ilgili yarışmalara, askeri tatbikatlara katılımlarda ve benzer durumlar sonucunda oluşan hasarlar.
- Savaş hali, iç ayaklanmalar, doğal afetler gibi durumlar nedeniyle oluşan hasarlar.
- Kaza durumlarının sebep olduğu hasarlar.
- Teknik kaynaklı olmayan arıza durumları.
