The service package offered for the conditions where the vehicle could not be operated, could not be driven on the road due to technical failure or there is a danger for driving:

Mobilo, undertakes the payment up to 65€ of the costs in case taxi, mass transportation vehicle and other types of vehicle are preferred.

The taking over and handing over service provided by the Mercedes-Benz Türk authorized dealers are limited by 300km. (The authorized dealer should contact to Mercedes-Benz Türk in any exceptional case where that distance exceeds 300km)

The travel services of the Mercedes-Benz Türk authorized dealer with driver is limited to the 300km. (The authorized dealer should contact to Mercedes-Benz Türk in any exceptional case where that distance exceeds 300km)

The spare vehicle assignment during the period of repair is valid for maximum 5 days (fuel is excluded). Mobilo accepts to pay for the cost of up to maximum 400€ (for total 5 days).



Mobilo is going to pay 400€ (VAT is included) for each person in order to be able to continue the travel and the fares of plane, bus, train and the taking over of the vehicle.



In case any failure occurs outside the city of domicile and the repair is not completed on the same day, the 5 days of accommodation (maximum 120€ per capita per day) including the breakfast will be borne by Mobilo and the expenses for the travel will also be borne. 

The service for repair and putting in to service of the vehicle will be provided at the location of the failure.

For the small repairs up to 150€ for the vehicles in the scope of Mobilo beyond the warranty applied by the authorized dealer at the location of the failure and/or goodwill application the costs will be borne by Mobilo.(Valid for the failures beyond warranty and goodwill.) The battery and tires are not included to that service.

The service of towing is provided for the nearest Mercedes-Benz Türk authorized dealer.
