Mobilo is a service package with the "privilege" supporting the warranty repairs applied authorized dealers for the conditions where the vehicle could not be operated due to technical failure or there is a danger for driving the vehicle and the repair continues more than 2 working hours for the whole new automobiles manufactured by Mercedes-Benz.

We offer you the services such as transportation, vehicle assignment, towing services by Mobilo.

The warranty period of 2 years of Mercedes-Benz Mobilo service is extended for “+2” years provided that the maintenance and repair services are supplied by Mercedes-Benz Türk authorized dealers during the whole warranty period. 

You can apply to the Mercedes-Benz authorized dealer’s “Acceptance for the Service” unit in order to utilized from the services of Mercedes-Benz Mobilo if required and get more detailed information about the Mobilo utilization conditions.
