Mercedes-Benz procures original spare parts of Mercedes-Benz Türk through the Daimler AG connected logistics infrastructure in the shortest possible time for delivery to retailers and authorized service suppliers providing service supply throughout Turkey.

The spare parts guarantee period of Mercedes-Benz passenger cars, Vito, Viano and Sprinter is 2 years and this period is 1 year for Mercedes-Benz trucks and busses.

Service invoice is accepted as a “guarantee document” of spare parts and service operations.

The spare parts guarantee does not include abrasion and waste, which caused by using of spare parts in normal conditions.

Authorized dealers use liquids (engine, transmission, differential, break, cooling) only, which are approved by producers. Mercedes-Benz Türk quarantees inspection, maintenance and repair quality of liquid stocks.
