Our Company needs high performance managers and employees in order to reach its targets, to preserve and improve its perfect position in the ever changing competition environment of the global world that offers possibilities for quick access to information. We are trying to implement the modern human resources management that we are responsible from by paying attention to manager and candidate manager trainings that make a company powerful as well as the short termed professional and personal development trainings that we carry out during the change process and by planning to create a high performance employee culture where all of our employees can be aware of their responsibility for personal development.

In this respect, we are aiming to provide support for the strategy and the defined high performance goals of our company with our blue collar-white collar Performance Management Systems that we have created and are constantly improving and with our Personnel Development concepts as well as with our trainings that vary both in terms of their content and application.

In addition, we are ensuring that information exchange is made using the intra-company communication action plans that we have created and we are trying to constantly improve and strengthen the communication between managers and other employees in order to contribute to the communication requirements of our company.
