For the vehicles it produces and imports, Mercedes-Benz Türk provides pre-sale consultancy services to help with the selection of the most suitable vehicles for the customers’ purpose, and after-sales maintenance, repairs and spare parts services.

The company provides theoretical and practical training, guarantee and maintenance-repairs services to ensure economic and efficient utilization of the vehicles it markets locally. Such services are also offered for international sales. The worldwide workshops of the brand Mercedes-Benz are at the service of all the vehicles exported by Mercedes-Benz Türk.

At the end of 2000 Mercedes-Benz Türk opened its new Marketing Centre in Hadımköy, Istanbul, 4 km away from Hoşdere Bus Plant. These facilities were constructed on an area of 150,000 m2.

 

 
The new Marketing Centre comprises 45,000 m2 of covered space, which houses the sales units, vehicle delivery halls, a modern technical education centre, after sales services, training area and a spare parts warehouse.

Transparency, functionality, simple lines which harmonize with light and nature and a red brick façade are the features of these impressive facilities and reflect the particular style of architecture employed. The four-storey 5,000 m2 modern office building houses up-to-date and ergonomic office spaces. A multi-purpose 750 m2 showroom with a copper dome is another important feature of the Marketing Centre.
